Material:
– 1 tablespoon margarine
– 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
– 2 tbsp plain flour
– 5 tablespoons Nestlé ® Dancow full cream, dissolved with 150 ml water
– 300 g white rice
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
– 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
– 5 pieces of string beans, thinly sliced
– 100 g carrots, crushed
– 50 g cheddar cheese, grated
– 20 quail eggs, boiled, peeled
Layers:
– 100 g bread flour
– 1 egg
– Oil for frying
Complement:
– bottled chili sauce
Directions:
– Heat the margarine, stir-fry garlic until fragrant.
– Enter the flour, stir, add liquid milk.
– Stir until the gruel.
– Enter the chickpeas and carrots, stirring until wilted.
– Add rice, salt, pepper, sugar, and cheese and stir well.
– Add eggs, mix well, remove from heat.
